Merge buyin prob

I was looking at a merge $4500 guarantee starting at 20;00hrs.So I looked to see if it had late registration at it said registration ends at 20;00hrs,the same as the start time,so I naturally assumed it was not a late registration game and I entered.
Well,after it started,..Lo and behold it is letting in late registration players.What a crock....why didnt it just say that it was a late registration game?...I feel like it is a trick.I bet alot of first timers get duped by this,so Im letting everyone know.

The way they list that is confusing. You have to look at "Late Registration".

They also have a legend in the lobby, which is a key to all the little symbols you see on the tournament lists. If you see something that looks like a little blue and red clock next to the tournament you want to enter, then it has late registration:

Maybe its just me,but I did not see those clues when I tried to see if it had late registration..so I sent a complaint about it to merge,..if it has late registration,it should say this when you look at the *registration ends*field.Here is their reply;

And by the way,I did finish slightly in the money,got my buyin and a rebuy,plus made a couple dollars...it was a fairly long game tho..thanks for the replys,..it will definitely help in the future!
