Merge $33 Satellite Ticket but NO $33 Satellites

Anyone else had this problem: having a satellite ticket and no satellites for that buyin?

Merge needs to hire one support person who will actually read the emails.

I have a $33 satellite ticket but I see no $33 satellites listed. Can I use it for a regular $33 tourney? If not, can you refund me the money?

In order to play in a tournament, please go to 'Tournaments', and select the type of tournament in which you wish to participate: 'Regular', 'Satellite', 'Giveaway', 'Freeroll', 'Event', 'Private' or 'Sit 'n' Go'.

The available game types are 'Texas Hold'em', 'Omaha' and '7 Card Stud. Table availability may vary at times. To enter the table you wish to play at, please select the tournament table from the tables list by clicking the listing once. In order to register for the tournament, you can either click on the 'Register' button located on the bottom of the main lobby screen once the table is highlighted, or double click the table listing and click on the 'Register' button in the tournament lobby, which will open in a separate window.

I am sorry once the coupon is granted to the account can be used for any $33 Satellite tournament listed.

The issue is that there are NO $33 satellites listed, so how can I use the ticket?

Got an answer. While the $11 satellite tickets are not good for regular tourneys, just satellites, it appears that the $33 satellite tickets can be used for any of the $33 buyin Guaranteed tourneys.

I have a $33 ticket as well but haven't tried to use it. Instead of these "great tickets" Merge use to give us money credited to our account. Frankly, these tickets are bull sh*t.

The $33 ones are fine now that there are no $33 satellites. The $11 sattys aren't worth it.
