Whats the deal. They wont let me or a couple of my buddies login. Says download new software. THIRD TIME TODAY. Cant get in.. Neone else having this issue?

Not me. I played an MTT earlier, registered with no problems and just registered for another one coming up. Went right through.

Cool nick. Though iam sure iam not the only one with a problem. Tell me if that tourney pops up. Iam guessing it wont.

I just entered a ring table with no delay or problems either.

I've been trying to download the update for 1/2 hr now...even rebooted my comp incase it was my end...downloading just sitting there at about 10%. If I click on the network tab...everything is at 100%

Just have to wait it out.

Been in and out of there all day since 11 AM with no problems at all. Must be some random thing since more then 1 have had problems. Hope you get back on soon. Are other sites working for you?

There's a 2p2 thread about this as well, Stars emailed back one guy saying it must be on his end and to reboot/check firewall and stuff, but there are a ton of people having this problem so that's obviously wrong. Hopefully they fix it soon.

same problem here... couldn't log in (Log In button persisted after I entered password) after the new update today. I e-mailed support just now. Never had a problem before in over 2 years. Clearly on their end.

yep this. it's like it freezes after I enter my password. hopefully I can complain and get something back if it last a while..

If they are having problems, their inbound mailbox probably went up 10 fold or more instantly. Be patient.

Had the same issue. Did a cold boot. Went back in, took about 5 minutes for the update to take effect, but it finally did. It's definitely their problem. Plus when I got back in only 86,000 online on a Monday night? They are almost always over 150K now. So something is up with them.
