This is a discussion on lost notes on fulltilt within the online poker forums, in the Poker Rooms section; I had notes on at least 100 players at fulltilt. They seem to have disappeared. Anyone have a similar story?...

Mine is not so bad, I just got a new computer and was trying to take some notes on people. After a couple days I realized I had put the same note on one person three times and it never saved. Apparently with vista you have to have pokerstars ran as an administrator or something, after messing around with it for a while they finally started saving.

happened to me and I email support, they told me where to find the file and how to replace it. I'm on a mac though so it will be different method. drop support a line - support@fultiltpoker.net i think is the address. if the file is still on your PC, it should be pretty easy to replace. hope this helps

The player notes file for FTP is in C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\YOUR_USER_NAME.dat Copy from the old computer to the new and you should be fine. If you want to combine notes from more thanone computer, have a look at The 2+2 Forums: Code to read and write FTP notes I haven't tried combining notes myself.
