lost notes on fulltilt

I had notes on at least 100 players at fulltilt. They seem to have disappeared. Anyone have a similar story?

Mine is not so bad, I just got a new computer and was trying to take some notes on people. After a couple days I realized I had put the same note on one person three times and it never saved.

Apparently with vista you have to have pokerstars ran as an administrator or something, after messing around with it for a while they finally started saving.

I noticed that too, although I am not sure how long ago it happened, I probably had notes on most everyone that plays stud hi at the lower limits, I would bet that it happened with one of the last updates.

happened to me and I email support,

they told me where to find the file and how to replace it. I'm on a mac though so it will be different method.

if the file is still on your PC, it should be pretty easy to replace.

The player notes file for FTP is in
C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\YOUR_USER_NAME.dat

Copy from the old computer to the new and you should be fine.

I haven't tried combining notes myself.

skd, where are they on your mac, I'm a mac player too, and would love to get my notes back.

I just started keeping all my notes on a msword file.

That way I don't have to worry about that happening again.
