losing streaks

just curious whats the longest losing streak anyone here has had? i mean in terms of days to weeks, etc. not just sessions. i notice that most people only post when they do well, but i want to hear of the people that arent that lucky.

It depends on how many games you play one weekly.Losing streaks is nomal part of poker.Just take it easy.

I used to have a looooooong thread about how I did. Win, lose or draw I put it all out there. Losing streaks are part of the game. I had the tail end of November and the month of December where I couldn't win a hand. I was playing about 5-6 SnG's a day and went on a major slide. Luckily I never over extended my BR but it took a major, major hit. I had the normal suckouts: my AA, KK being cracked, losing every coin flip. Those really didn't bother too much, just part of the game. But when your full houses lose to quads, straight flushes lose to higher straight flushes, being rivered to 1 outers, etc. Those are heartbreaking. If that happened once in a while....chalk it up to bad luck, but when that happens consistently for six weeks. It's heartbreaking. I guess in a way I didn't have it too bad, losing streaks lasting for months are not uncommon. Plus, I actually got a refund from Full Tilt when several people got caught cheating....that just added fuel to the flames of an already terrible month.

Your discipline, confidence and tilt control are put to a test when you go on a major slide. You can grow from it, with the right attitude.

went on a loosing streak on ft for like 3 months so havent played on it for atleast 3/4 weeks but gunna go back to it prob next week see if me luck has changed lol i am finding pokerstars quite good tho dont seem to get so many suckouts

Usually my losing streaks only last a day or two because I play micro sized games and when I lose I usually only have 20 to 40 dollars on my bankroll so I usually lose it quickly.

I've been about even for the last two months. I consider that a losing streak. Been up and down, but overall about even. Would be up except I am down 5 buyins tonight. The worst night I've had at online poker.

I've lost at every table I've sat at. Unprecedented. I've had some really awful days before, but never like this.

I have been on a losing streak for a week now I just can't seem to hit anything at all can't get any momentum going my way but i keep trying, hope it will change soon.

Long Loosing streaks lead to tilt

I was on a bad losing streak about 2 months ago, l;ost about $600 playing live cash games at the local bars. Took about a month off and I'm back at it, no more bad streak, at least not yet....

Counting today-about 47 years.
