Long lag between flop and turn, river on PS Does anyone else get bothered by the long lag on PS after the flop? I don't understand the reason for it. On all ins, the wait's forever... if the flop gave my opponent nice draws, it makes me wanna puke. I just had a KK vs. JJ all in preflop, and 3 clubs hit on the flop. He's got Jc, I have no club. Holycrap that 3 or 4 second lag was tough. I thought I lost for sure. What a terrible feeling waiting for the other shoe to drop. This time it didn't happen, but it's happened so many times before. It's like salt in the wound.

Works fine for me. Mayb it's ur connection? Try uninstalling PokerStars, download, restart PC then try again. I understand where ur comming from, no-1 likes to be all-in ahead and having to sweat it out for the computer to hurry up.

Maybe it just feels longer to me cuz on FT it was not as long. I disable animation, so maybe the lag time is to run the animation frames for the other people. I also hate when people choose to not flip over their cards for all ins. When you have AK, and the board comes all junk, you dunno where you’re at, and you’re just hoping he’s got AQ/AJ and not a pocket pair.

I actually like the lag time on PS. If gives me a moment to evaluate the flop and turn, and adds a little drama to the hand. In other rooms, I can just barely see the cards as they are turning. Carbon is the worse. I'm constantly checking the replay to see what happened.

re: Long lag between flop and turn, river on PS poker Didn't take the lag to come up with the card to beat me. I had QQ vs. AcQc all in preflop. 3 clubs hit on the flop so I was pretty much drawing dead from the start. I am just really unlucky I guess. It's fine to lose these since I am not 100% but to consistently lose them about 3/4 of the time in the last week despite being ahead going in every time is ridiculous. Mostly on FT, but on PS now too. AA taken down by QQ, QQ taken down by K9,
