Live in Atlanta

Daughter and I played in the $50 buyin last night as part of her birthday present. She played well and made top 20 again and won a free buyin for next week. I was card dead the whole night and went out with a whimper just after the break with my only PP of the night - dueces.

Since daughter was still going strong, I joined a consolation game ($30 freezeout, 10 SNG) with top 2 getting buyin to the $150 monthly big game. Thankfully the cards were more normal and I had something to work with and I won quite handily. First live win and I must say it felt very good. Now I have a free entry to the big game on December 3rd with first place being 15K - have to give this one a shot...
