| Learning poker My granfather taught me how to play no limit hold em. It was funny because he lost 20,000 on a hand in a huge organzied game. He took a horrible beat on that hand and opted never to play again. However he did teach me how to play. He taght me the basics and we played for pennies for a long time. Eventually he gave me Doyle Brunson's super system book to read. Fromt hat point on, and even now, I ask him for advice and help whenever i am in a tough situation. He seems to alwas know what to do which is where i hope to get in my poker playing days. |
