Kudos to PokerStars support

When I went to make my first deposit, I knew there was a bonus available. Could not see the bonus code anywhere so I emailed support. In less than 5 min I had a response. But seeing as I was in a tourny, I decided to wait till I finished before making the deposit. Well my Mastercard gift card was declined, so I emailed support again and again I had a response within 5 min. Turned out I typed in the wrong numbers and everything is good to go.

Now I know depositing maybe better than withdrawing from PokerStars, but I thought the quick response's was amazing and I just thought I would share.

Actually, its' all the Stars customers who are printing that money for them and passing it on freely. Not any different than sites with even larger rakes, huge customers bases, massive advertising budgets, etc, but they just can't quite seem to get around to addressing their lousy customer service programs. They need to take lessons from Stars !!!

any time I use foul language on the tables, poof here comes someone from pokerstars team, they are quick and they love to mute players...

I hope they would loosen up a bit, they are a bit over attentive to silly words
