just keeping track of my sit and go tourneys

ive been playing alot of the dirty dozen jackpot sit n gos over at titan.....for those of you who dont no what it is its 12 people where if you get first place 4 times in a row you win 2k....ive played a bunch already and i think i can continuously edit this post so instead of continuously posting in this thread ill just keep editing this post.......has anybody played this before and if so how have you done

Actually, Matt. Only mods and Admin. have the option of contiually editing posts. For you, unfortunately, it only lasts about a 1/2 hour or so. But please, go ahead and keep posting your results in here. I'll be interested to see how you do.

I have played these a few times. I took 1st in one, then crashed and burned in the second. But I like the jackpot idea. Good luck!

ok thanks juicee for letting me no that would have confused me for a while.......yeh the 3rd 1 i had pocket queens and this guy went all in like 3 or 4 times in a row and he showed his hands everytime which was like 53 74 and other hands like that so he goes all in again and i of course call and he had ak this time........and he hit the ace on the river of course
im taking a break from them now im playing in the 2000 guarentee tourney so i can qualify for the world cup freeroll again......im sure ill play more later though

8th game im surprised i stayed in that long i was getting awful hands all game
9th still got awful cards but i was playing good made some good calls which got me that far but being shortstacked with the blinds at 300/600 i had to go all in frequently
im gonna take a little break now before the world cup freeroll at 5

obviously nothin you can do about that. It takes a master with excellent reads to lay down QQ preflop justly online these days. Well just about anyways

yeah thanks chuck i figured he had high cards possibly jacks or higher pockets but pocket queens is a great hand so i had to call.....yeah so so far ive placed in 10 out of 13 of the sit n gos since the top 4 place so ive made a nice profit out of this so far around 30-40 bucks but i still cant beat 2 wins in a row once i get 4 wins in a row and the 2k ill be happy

on 20th game 1st hand i have kj guy has pocket 10s i hit flop was kk2 i bet 200 guy reraises me all in so i called he didnt raisepreflop so i thought if he did have the king my kick would be holding up turn was a 5 so im feeling very happy right now and then of course river was a 10

I'm sure you could get four 1st places in a row. Like you said, even if you don't you're making a nice return for your money anyways. Don't they give you a consolation prize for finishing 1st or 2nd four times in a row too?

im playing the $2 buy in.........all the other different types of jackpot sit n gos theres a smaller consolation prize if you get in the top 2 for 6 times in a row....once i have a higher bankroll ill probably start playing higher stakes but for now im feeling good about theese tourneys....its alot of the same people playing in each tourney so i no how a lot of them play and its just making it easier for me to take there chips

23rd game just bluffed at the wrong time and 24th gamemy pocket jacks didnt hold up to the players kq so after that hand i had very little chiips and got blinded out

arite with my 28th and 29th game i got 2 really bad beats so im gonna stop playing tonight before i go on tilt
28th game i hit trip 5's on the flop flop was ak5 guy with pocket 2's goes all in turn 2 river 2 which was just a unreal bad beat only 2 cards in the deck for him to win and get both of them
29th game i had 109 flop kqj guy was betting hard with the ace and i was reraising until he pushed me all in and of course 10 comes up on the river giving him his ace high straight

arite so a the other night i was really drunk and decided to play poker for higher stakes after winning a few bucks in heads up so i played 50 bucks heads upand won a few times so i had a little over 250 in my account so i was really really happy then i decided to play another 50 dollar tourney and i lost so i got greedy and played 200 bucks heads up and lost again.........yeh not the smartest thing ive ever done so i got about 5 bucks left in my account and trying to figure out what tourney i want to put my last dollars into

i had him on the flush draw so the next card was kc
guy checks
i raise all in knowing he didnt catch his flush but guess what HE CAUGHT THE KING DAMNNNNNNNNNN

well im gonna give it another try before i go out to dinner

If you thought he didn't catch a flush why would you raise all in knowing he wouldnt call?

because i only had a little over 200 chips left and min bet was 200 so i put the rest of my chips in im not gonna check it especially after he checked the king also

34th and 35th just wasnt getting any hands heads up
36th bluffed at the wrong pot and lost most of my chips then had aj the next hand and pushed all in (300 chips) after 2 people called the blinds which were 50/100 at the time so they called i hit a jack on the flop they checked it down to the river and one of them hit a king on the river

nothiing exciting really happened in these games no bad beats just poor plays by me.....when i did get in the money it was basically luck from surviving my all ins and when i got 1st i got aces and then kings back to back to come back and win only if that happened every game

decided to start playing the maui sit n go
42nd game pretty sure i only got 1 playable hand which i got sucked out of and was lingering with a little over 100 chips for a while and blinds put me all in andi just kept winning my hands wasnt even getting good hands just kept winning my bb so i caught a lucky break on this 1

well with the cards im getting now im just going to call it quits for 2nite

I made up my mind, and started to play the Rio (24$ buy in - 6 seater) at titan, and decided to play untill I lose.

(I'm not too good and lucky in heads ups, plus usually I was short stacked) Well I was too tired, and someone slowplayed me, so that was it. I didn't make the 300$ (which need 6 1 or 2. finish in a row). Maybe I get back to lower stakes. Good luck to your quest, I hope you make it!
