introduction to sportsbook

I joined sportsbook after seeing it on your site and it seems a good site,what is the best site regarding rakebacks and best reward scheme spent over a
$1,000 with pokerstars and did not even move up from there basic bronze award. What i also like about sportsbook is the number of players is smaller. My ideal comp would be about $30-$50 with around 500-1000 players are there any sites who have these type of fields,thanks!
