hi,
i wanted to ask that is it allowed to fund 2 different poker accounts (mine and my friends) through just 1 neteller account. my friend doesnt have proper papers to create a withdrawal account on neteller so he wants to pay me cash and i deposit in his account and withdraw through me?

Yeah-ask now. Better to find out now then when you get locked out after trying to withdraw.
