IF you can cheat while playing online poker, knowing that you will not get cought and knowing you will win thousands a week, would you? I want an honest anser

Family pot and everyone is in for 60 a piece. Flop is Q 7 10 2 hearts. I am last to act and check. Turn is a 3 and I end up betting 400. I get raised 1900 more thus putting me all-in and I called. Turns out the player was slow playing QQ. How anyone could get off what I had with the way the betting had gone I don't know.

Here's one way. You register for a single table sit-n-go along with your wife or friend or room mate, who's on a seperate computer in the same room. You wait until one of you has a high pair and then the other one goes all-in with whatever crap they have. The remaining player doubles up and basically starts the tournament with a huge advantage over the rest of the table. Or it could' be as simple as one player having to leave and making sure his buddy gets his chips.

The Devil temps us every day depending on the situation in people's lives depends on if they would cheat or not personaly i would not however if i were down on my luck was going to loose my house who knows what i would do. you want honest answer thats mine

No way! I want your best game win or lose. I hate cheats. I don't know about other players knowing your cards, but I have played in tourneys and faced colusion more than once.

I always take the time to report to the cardroom any time I think cheating is going on.

Yeah, but that's different than cheating, manipulating the game so that you are guaranteed to win. It's like a dishonest banker when you're playing Monopoly as kids! lol But seriously, though it may be tempting, it would be deplorable. I would rather say I played my best and lose than cheat to win. A cheat is the same as a theif in my view...

We have all thought about hackers seeing out cards but it is near impossible because the server only sends the card info to each player, not all the players. There is a chance someone could intercept the code but most cheating online is done by collusion or whatever, where 2 or more friends play at the same table and bet to force others out of the pot. They also share their card information.

i have to admit i was surprised by some of the responces. very interesting though. i could tell that some people have put alot of thought into it. no matter which side of the fence they are on. thats what i like abt this site. not just the usual yup and nope answers i've seen other places

If I wouldn't get caught honestly, heck yeah...but I dont think anyone would be able to get away with it completely. There are too many in's and outs to getting caught. Its sounds nice but extremely unrealistic.

As much as I'd like to say absolutely not, I can't. I think I probably would. But I can say honestly say that I wouldn't do it for the thousands of dollars, I'd just want enough to continue to play, in fact I have more fun with $5. than if I had $100. I guess it's the challenge I'm not sure. Is there anyone out there that understands this??? :-)

well if i can't sleep when i lie to the utilty co. (checks in the mail) i know i could'nt because most people work hard for there money, and the others don't hav a concious of how they get there money, and they do get theres in the end. besides u know the saying what goes around comes around.

there are just as many ways to cheat live, collusion is very easy and found in any multiple player game where there is no house advantage.

it depends on whose money i was winning....if i was somehow cheating the casino out of money (like cheating a freeroll or something) then i probably would, but i don't think i could cheat and win another players money

it is so easy to cheat on online poker, i bet people do it all the time. all you have to do is talk to each other using an instant messanging service, so what i do is never sit at a table with two people from the same hometown, they are the most likely to be working together, but you never know
