i poker site problem titan william hill betfred noble paddy power etc Anyone play on i poker websites ? If so would like your feedback if you are having this problem. You can log in and register for a sit n go it takes your money out of your account but as soon as tourney starts you get error message cannot connect to poker server otr cannot connect to gaming server please contact customer support. the only way to get back into the site is to close it down and reload which you might have to do 2 3 times by which time time your sit n go has finished and you haven't played a hand. I con tacted customer support who said they would investigate but got back to me saying there is no problem and i'm not getting refunded. while onto customer support again i typed my complaint into the chat box at my table by mistake and someone else said they had the same problem so brings me to think that problem is at their end not mine and i want to see how widespread this problem is, so please leave message if your having problems. Thanx for reading

I play an iPoker site, Dafapoker. The only technical problem I've had is a recurring script error when I auto login. Once I close the script error window there's no issue. I've never had the problems you're describing. Oh, and technical "support" at poker sites is generally rotten, especially if a solution to your problem would involve refunding your money. In pretty much all cases they'll find some pretext to blame your computer, or your operating system, or your ISP. buttgirl

re: i poker site problem titan william hill betfred noble paddy power etc Ive had the same problem with Ipoker having played on CDpoker, Titan, Winner and now William hill. There sure is a lot of free br deals on ipoker. When Im on dialup it takes 4 times or so to log on, and it takes me 2 minutes to close down and get in again. Well I hadnt played on the ipoker sites for a while and I got this telephone call out of the blue telling me I got $5 transerred from cd poker to William hill, perhaps william hill has just bought some players and cd has been merged in. Well I got the same cannot login errors and couldnt claim my bonus when I logged in less than 48 hours later. Look in Pokersites tomorrow for amusing chat with support about how the bonus has suddenly ended less athan 48 hours after being called at home at 8pm sunday night to tell me ive got $5 and some tokens. How much credibility do some of you heavyweights give these little hanger on sites. I play on them to progress, learn and hopefully even win, but theres something in the back of my mind there about how just a little bit more "budget" they are in comparison to the slick software of the big boys.

I had an issue a couple of days ago when I was playing a $2 rebuy and I was registered in a $10 6 seated freezeout. While I was playing on the $2 rebuy, I lost connection to the game server and was unable to log back in. I freaked out after 10 minutes trying because I was doing very well in the $2 tourney and the main client kicked me out on the final table and the $10 FO was about to start so I contacted support (sent about 3 emails including screenshots of the software showing a "Not responding" error message on top of the window). Few minutes later I got a reply stating they were having server maintenance and that the system would automatically refund the money invested. Next day I contacted support to remind them of the refunds and eventually got my money back so no big deal. This only happened once, so if your problem is recurrent, perhaps you may want to try uninsalling-reinstalling the software or sending a detailed email to tech support. This happened on Titan, and its the only problem I've ever had there. Playtech software is very stable in my humble opinion so I think any type of disconnection issues are very abnormal. Good luck.
