I'm not on Bodog, but I assume they have a S&G you can enter for that? If you're good at S&G's, try that.

If it was me, I'd just sit at a table and try to double up. I'd try to find one with a lot of big stacks and a high rate of people seeing the flop.
I'd fold until I had a big hand then shove. Once you have under $2 the big stacks should call you with marginal hands like Q/J just to swat you.

Once you double up, leave. Then try the same thing at another table with half the money.
