All depends on what you want to play, cash games, Sit n Goes or MTT's. Not sure about BR req for sng's or tourneys but if your playing cash games just start off at 2nl and grind away til you get to $100, go for the one a day ironman promo (the only ironman thing you can get at 2nl really) cash in your tourney ticket for medals at the end of the month, and save your medals for a ring game ticket to either grind your current limit with or take a shot at the next one up.

I do the Iron Man one a day, as already mentioned: https://my.fulltiltpoker.com/my-prom...nman/index.php The other thing that I use is the Academy, particularly challenges and sit and learns: http://academy.fulltiltpoker.com/myacademy/ There is a great thread here about why you should be doing Iron Man: Iron Man: Use it, it's free!!!

Play 2NL til you get like 100$ then play 5NL Rush. Pretty easy to get like silver ironman every month playing a few hours of rush a day every month. then you can use your medals to buy ring game tickets, or tourney tickets. Hope you have rakeback!

I don't want to be a sore thumb or anything but I think it would be best moving the $50 to a different room for the time being and playing there (maybe pokerstars), I'm unsure if you're aware of the current problems with FT but last thing you would want is building up your roll and finding you can't withdraw it.

My advice here: Building from a baby bankroll If you're a SnG player then with $50 stick to the $1.20 games until you run yourself up to at least $100, maybe more. Have an Academy challenge running in the background but don't start making crazy plays or anything just to chase challenge tasks - I get in a decent amount of volume playing SnGs, I've been doing Academy tasks pretty much since they opened it and I've still only got about 18k points, which isn't enough for even the lowest level of cash bonus. Have one running because it's free but don't do anything stupid chasing them is my point. Same goes for Ironman, use it but don't do anything stupid trying to make a level you're just not ready for like adding more tables than you can profitably play.

If it was the US government's fault, how come all PokerStars players got their money back. The fault was of the poker sites like FT for mixing player funds with their own. They should have kept the players money in an escrow.

Personally I believe Full Tilt will come out of this mess a much better run company than it was before. |

re: How To Start in Fulltilt poker There is/was Exorcist, the point is I woulden't trust any money on that site again, unless they was bought out completly regardless of the action. That's why I said in an earlier post why deposit there and not go to pokerstars or any other site who isn't in danger of going under? Now, a few days later, they loose their licence so I guess his $50.00 might be in trouble or a pain at the least in getting off.

I thought at first when you said $50.00 that it was part of those "free" BR's from poker stratergy etc. I suppose the good thing is that it really doesn't matter anymore and you didn't lose any real money. Would of been pointless if the money was kept on, you would never of been able to use it anyway. Thank your lucky stars, Go deposit at say pokerstars say $50.00 on a trusting website where you know you can be very sure your money is safe.
