how i handle bad beat,tell me if i'm crazy or i might have something

i know it's another bad beat post,but i read them and never usually agree,it's always the same ,like don't play hands after you get a bad beat...what ever if i get dealth say kq suited,after i jsut had a bad beat,i'm playing the mo fo's,hell with that.
Here is what i do
If you played poker for a long time,you do get used to them.First i have this thing i do when me and my oppenent are all in,even though i'm ahead,i start telling myself that they are going to hit the card(gut shot or something) it;s like i build myslef up to expect to be beat everytime(even tough most time you will not lose)..I'm telling you ,this saves stress and yrs off your life ..lol(well for me).Because when you are stresing that you don't want him to hit his card ,and he does,it just palin sucks.But wih my negative attitude only in the situation and knowing poker inside out!!(hehe) when that gut shot you oppenent hits falls on the table,it's like you were ready for it .U can call it your invisible bullet proff vest,of course it hurts,but it's also bounce right off,and your back in the war,you expected to get shot ,but you were well prepared...here is a quote from some old bum that i met who was always negative(don't used this in life ,but just when your about to lose to a lamer..lol)"expect the worst ,and if it happens you are well prepared"...this is my take and how i handle you r average bad beats. ..for the bigger bad beat beats when you lose with quads to a st8 flush.all i can say, is get use to it,if you played along as me,you will give a get your bad beats...thinking of it as taking one for the team(team being poker) and what goes aroung comes around.everyone will lose big and win big ,,FACE IT it's poker
