How to get the prize on PartyPoker?

Hello, I am registered on PartyPoker www.partypoker.com
Recently I won PrizeFighter Tournament, took the 1st place!!!


The prize package of $5000 which includes:
- flight to London
- tickets to the boxing tournament in London
- accommodation in London
- meeting with the boxers


was promised as a prize.


In some days after I have won this Tournament I got a message from the Administration Team of this website, they told me that I can not get the prize package, because I am from Russia and this prize is available for
Canadian gamblers only. While the registration in selection tournament and then in the final tournament nowhere was indicated that this tournament is available for Canadian gamblers only! The Administration Team told
me this was a registration system error. But what should I do? I won the tournament and would like to get my prize!!!


If you collided with the same situation or can give me any advice, I will really appreciate it.

That stinks, I was looking all over the site on how to enter these and was unable to, If they didn't state anywhere that it was restricted to Canadians only, and I didn't see anything to that effect, then I think you have a good claim on the prize, good luck with it sir.

It would help if you pasted all the e-mails you have sent to/received from Party.
