How do you start a private game at FTP/PS?
Hi all...
I hope this isn't a repeat of some previous questions -- I did a few searches of the forum and didn't come up with anything. Have also tried Googling and info on the websites of the rooms. Apparently I just don't know how to get at the info I'm seeking. How do you go about setting up a private game at either FTP (preferred) or PS? Some folks I work with and I want to get a private game going each week, but we all have kids and other family duties so it's hard to get it timed well. A weekly online game would be ideal, however. How do folks set these things up? Thanks for any info... KDS63 |

At Pokerstars - you need 2000 fpp's. Once you have those you email support and request the ability to set up private games. Then it is added as an option for you and is very easy - you only have to set the games up 1 hour or more in advance. You are limited to certain games and the minimum buy-in is $5+.50.
At Fulltilt I don't think they have any special requirement. However you have to mail your request in and it takes a few days to a week to get the game in. |

You could also go to pokerstars or ultimate bet and just start a game at one of the tables with 0 players. You would however, have to co-ordinate it so that all of you joined the same table at the same time.
