Home tournament

I am having a home Hold em tournament, and have setup the following game procedures. Will this format work ok? Can you see any flaws or things that I should change? Thanks in advance.

Here's what I've got:

$50 buy in, for 100 Chips. All Color Chips are the same value, 1 Dollar
2 tables of 7 to 9 players each
1 Re-buy permitted at primary tables only if player goes broke
Game is 3/6 Hold ‘Em at each table.
Top 4 Remain players from each table advance to final table.
Chip values changed to actual color coded values.
Game converts to No Limit Hold ‘Em.
Blinds are 5 and 10 for the first 10 hands, and then double after the next 8 hands to $10 and $20. The blinds then cap at $25 and $50 for the remainder of play.
Prizes are as follows:
Overall Winner:$720(80%) (amount may change based on amount of players)
2nd Place:$135(15%)
3rd Place:$45(5%)
Any additional re-buys from the primary tables will have 50% placed into the general prize fund, and distributed with the same percentages as the primary prizes. The remaining 50% will go into the party poker fund.

PartyParty Poker is probably the best known online poker room. Use the Party Poker bonus code CC150 for a 30% upto $150 deposit bonus.

PokerStarsPokerStars is one of the best poker sites on the internet. They accept US players and using PokerStars marketing code CARDSCHAT you get a $75 bonus.

Well, I am not a pro at running home games but here's what I see could be wrong! You are starting with a limit game and switching to NL. Players could really last a long time at this 3/6 limit table with no increase in blinds. Lets say you have 9 at a table and they play super tight. Whoa could it be a long night. You need over half of them to bust out before the final table. Plus when one guy goes out he can rebuy and take just as long again! I would suggest starting a NL game and keeping it a NL game or vice versa. This site will give you a great blind structure. http://www.homepokertourney.com/ check at the bottom left under downloads. I dont know what your plans for the chip value was at the final table but a cap of $25-$50 seems way too low. One other thing, I Charge guys an additional $5 to come in the door. This goes toward the party poker fund. In yours, if you have no rebuys you have no fund(which is unlikely but could happen). If you have 18 guys $5=$90. You can put on a decent spread with $90 Dollars and then all the rest goes toward the Booty! Remember I'm not a pro at this thing, just my opinion.
This is something like I used:
Blinds

15 min levels

10 - 20

20 - 40

30 - 60

50 - 100

70 - 150

150 - 300

Break & Chip Manage

10 min levels

200 - 400

300 - 600

400 - 800

500 - 1000

600 - 1200

800 - 1600

1000 - 2000

You should at least raise the value of 3rd place...winning less than the entry fee for beating all but 2 players is kind of pointless. It needs to be at least more than the entry, but i would make the payout more like 70%, 20%, 10%
