home games

do most of you play at home as well as online?

i only play once in a while with family and friends. I heard there is a site that can show you home games in your area that you can sign up for but I haven't really looked into it...afraid i would be a fish among sharks.

yea i have actually found another site like that... i think it was a different one. but it didnt seem to be updated often.

i love playing home games over online games, i usually play at least 2 games a week, usually abt 8 of us will get together , probably spend 30-50 $ each and winner takes all of course

me and my boys usually have home games once a week. usually a $20 buy in with like 30-40 people. nice little pot

one of my friends's cousin's throws one in his 4 door garage made his own tables from scratch too...really nice....has a 30 dollar buy-in with 5 places with about 40-50 ppl and there's bounty chips...so everytime you take someone out that's all in you get their bounty chip which is worth 5 bucks...so you can come out ahead or even if you knock enough ppl out and still lose lol...but it's all fun in the end....i mean what's 30 bucks to win like 8 hundo or so...

and he also added whoever has the worst beat in the tourney gets 50 bucks out of his pocket...haha

and i have another friend that does this too so i just like to go to these and play small tourns with friends every now and then to pass time hehe...
