Help me understand this?

This is the response from tropical poker on a hand history question. I got AA, raised, got reraised and all I could do was call or fold. No reraise option. This is their response to it and my question and hand history for the hand in question is at the bottom. I read it as they only allow one round of betting, once it passes the BB then all you can do is call the last bet. Is that how you guys read it?

Dear Joshua

Thank you for contacting us at Tropical Poker!

Here are the Texas Hold'em playing structure:

Playing Structure

One of the players is designated, or determined via "high card" draw to act as dealer. Although this person will never actually deal a card in online poker, the designation is important. This person receives "the button", denoting the order in which betting will take place.
The two players left of the dealer are required to post "blinds". The player to the immediate left of the dealer posts what is known as the "small blind" and the player to his/her immediate left posts the "big blind". These postings are mandatory, and are made before any cards are dealt.
Two cards are dealt face down to each player. Commonly referred to as a players "pocket cards".
Once the "preflop" cards are dealt, there is an initial round of betting. Betting starts with the player to the left of the "big blind" and continues clockwise. The amount a player may bet is dependant on the rules structured by the provider.
Players may "check", "raise" or "fold" during this round. Betting ends when the round comes back to the "big blind" and all players have "called" or "folded".
Once betting has concluded, the dealer discard "burns" the top card of the deck. This is done to prevent cheating. In online poker, this is done electronically.
The dealer then turns the next three card face up on the table; these are the "community cards" which players will use to complete their hands. This turning of the first three cards is known as "the flop".
Players resume another round of betting, starting with the player to the immediate left of "the button". As before, players may "check", "raise" or "fold".
Once betting has concluded, another card is "burned" and another single card is flipped face up on table into the "community cards". This is often called the "turn" card, or "Fourth Street".
Again, players place their bets in a clockwise fashion, beginning with the player to the immediate left of the "the button".
Once betting has concluded, the dealer "burns" and then places one final card face up on the table. This is known as "the river". At this point, players may use any combination of cards on the table with cards in their hands to form the best five card poker hand possible. View hand ranking chart now!
Final round of betting begins, starting with the player to the immediate left of the dealer.
"Showdown". All remaining players in the game reveal their hands, beginning with the player to the left of the last player to call.
In most cases the best hand wins, however there are instances when two players will present equal hands. In these cases, "the pot" is commonly divided equally between them.

Please keep in mind that you can contact us anytime and we will be more than happy to help.

Regards,
Richard Rowe

looooool, their customer support is nearly as good as Party's.

Just mail them again and ask them to actually read yer mail this time as opposed to sending back some generic response crap.

That was a horseshit response. Just a generic reply. It answers nothing.
The amount a player may bet is dependant on the rules structured by the provider.
We need to know what this structure is.
Players may "check", "raise" or "fold" during this round. Betting ends when the round comes back to the "big blind" and all players have "called" or "folded".
This is NLH right? My first thought was that Killer was all-in and couldn't cover a complete reraise. But it looks as though this was his first hand. Tropics is a cheesy site. It's probably a software bug having something to do with his $.10 ante.

Perhaps someone with a little clout could look into this. Say, the administrator of a poker forum with 10,000 members.

I have replyed to it and asked them to please READ my question and look at the hand before they respond. I told them I am not a donkey and I know how to play holdem, that is why I wrote them about the hand, I should be able to reraise there.

It did the same to me a few days ago, not allowing me to check raise. I just figured it for a glitch due to them being new.

Maybe the have a rule , like some casinos, that do not allow for a checkraise or a 3rd bet ?

That would make sense, it could help stop collusion and the squeeze play in NL but it was just frustating when I expected to try and get both of them all-in preflop or fold and take it right there.

You think they would have that stated somewhere to see.

It definitely looks like their software isn't allowing a valid move... if the other player was all-in, then a raise that was smaller than a full raise would be grounds for not allowing a re-raise, but that's not the case here, so a re-raise should be allowed under the normal rules for NL.
I hope you do get a sensible reply at some point - they're only new, but at this rate they're going to put off the players that already have bankrolls on there, and end up with no players at all...

After a couple of emails back and forth, all I got for an answer is that it must be a glitch in the software. So much for the beta testing, lol.
