Help me Choose My Bankroll Strategy!!!

ok So for my next attempt at bankroll Building I think I should lay out my numbers so I can see exactly what I should and should not play, No matter what happens.
I want to start with a Bankroll of 250 Dollars and so here im going to list my bankroll info.
200-300= 5+.5 MTT , 5+.5 SitnGo's , 5 Max Cash tables, These are maxes
300-400= 11 MTT, 10+1 Sitngo's , 10 max tables
at 750 = 25 max tables
at 650 = 15+1 MTT , 16 sitngo's
at 700 = 20sitngo's

Please Post what you guys think about this. I believe having this infront of me when i play will stop me. Also I have seen in Chris_tc's thread people suggest to stop playing if u lose a certain amount. How long should you stop for and after losing how much should you stop.

I am also going to walk away from the table after any big loss for 2 or 3 mins to regroup so i dont tilt off valuable chips in a tourney.

well it seems as tho u layed it out well
the only thing i think is a stretch is 300-400 roll playing 10$ mtts and sngs
u can play 10$ nl games with this roll but 10$mtts are a little out of the way{when u have 400 u should start playing 10 mtts not 300}, other than that thinks seem to be in order

do you have any targets that u are trying to reach?

ooh and 1 more thing, i hope u know u cant enter a rebuy tournament with a buy in of greater than 2.5% of roll{which is kind of the standard per tourny}, take it like the whole buy in and rebuys and add-on total is less than or equal to the 2.5% of your bankroll alocated per tourny

yeah i figured that with the rebuys.
As far as goals I dont want to make an absolute goal even though that would be to win the sunday million. My short term goal (well not short term but yeah) will be to get to 750 and then reevaulate from there.

750 by end of year?
what time frame are u working with?
how much are u plan on playing weekly?

I dont really have a specific date because I feel that might rush me.
My play time will be as follows as I have school and 2 Varsity Sports.
1-2 hrs mon-thurs
3hrs or one MTT Fri
6hrs Sat // 6 hrs Sun (prolly in the morning)
So about 19- 25 hrs a week.

ha ha that was before i tilted so im decided if i want to start again. got to that 358 in about 20 hrs of playing in bankroll managment. then went down to 310 lost more to 250 then back to 320 then down to 200 then up to 300 then down to like 150 then lost it all (the fluctuation was cause i was playing without managment. I think if i lose 10% of the money i will have to sit out for at least an hour or 2 from now on

I'm not really battling addiction to poker, its when im playing poker I am battling not playing out of my BR. Im making progress and unfortunately I realize it may take some losses before i get it under control but i believe if i can gain control of my tilt I will become a winning player. so mainly its addicted to tilting if that makes sense

when i now started i put 50$ on stars and the first thing i did was sit at1-2nl table ,i went broke in 15 minutes

pantin what did u build your bankroll from and what is it at now. if u dont wanna give that away thats cool though.

well after that fiasco, about a year later i put 75$ on stars again but this time i played micro limits, had like 260$ on stars,had like 100$ after 2nd plzce in a cc freeroll and building that up but recently i have had so bills that really needed to be payed to so i had to withdraw all my money but everything is getting back to normal now
