In my opinion, The Isle is the nicest racetrack casino, but the upstairs cardroom wasn't open yet when I went a few months ago (it is now).
The HardRock in Hollywood used to have their poker tables in the middle of the casino with rope around it, but they just moved it to its own building next door to make room for the new
blackjack tables.
Seminole's also have a Coconut Creek casino which is nearly as big, I believe. I haven't been there.
The Palm Beach Kennel Club has a smaller room but nice flatscreen monitors to update tournament blinds, players, etc as the game goes on.
Same poker rules but no casino there.
Hard Rock tournaments and sngs from ~100 to $1000 buyins. The tracks have sng and tourn from as low as $45 (higher % rake though).
1/2 limit games and 1/2 NLHE (100 max buyin) I think is the same at both.
...btw if you're going with family the HardRock hollywood has by far the most other things to do.
