| Help choosing a poker room. Hello all, First I would like to say introduce myself, my name is Andrew, im a total fish, and I play on fulltilt. These forums have helped me a lot in the past few weeks. Being so new, i tried out pokerstars and fulltilt, and i found fultilts software to be much more user friendly to someone like myself. I have however, lost my inital deposit and one reload for a total of 100 dollars. I am quite confident that with continued practice I will become a break even or possibly a winning player. But, I would also like to sign up through an affiliate, either for rake back, or one of the many free programs such as calculatem or holdemg genius, so i will need to sign up at a different site, as i have not found any way to delete an account, and certainly dont wana be in the mess some of these other players have been in. so basically, my question is: What is a good affiliate program to use for a losing player? rakeback? odds calculator? please post links and your oppinions. also, what would be a good room to sign up with to get this bonus? be advised, im very fond of full tilts graphics in game play. Located in USA thanks, aslbach Last edited by aslbach : 14th April 2009 at 10:33 PM. Reason: add information |

| Yea i have no idea why Full Tilt doesn't allow you to delete and re open an account. I can imagine them getting so much more business with people signing up with rake. Well since Full Tilt isn't an option for you, look at Absolute or Carbon or something.. Personally i think Full Tilt is by far the best, but i guess Absolute Poker and Carbon Poker are both good. | E.mail Full Tilt and ask to be put on the list for consideration to recieve Rakeback. It took me a few months but i've finally been approved. As a fellow losing player, i'm pretty pleased about getting back 27% of my rake. It may even be the swing between losing and break even. DONT open another Tilt account, if you did and ever wanted to cash out, you'd be well out of luck. Since pokerstars dont offer rakeback, i'd be inclined to try carbon or a similar site. Titan has decent reviews, i've never played there myself though so cant offer much advice. |

| Follow the crowd. The biggest room is PokerStars. Second FullTiltPoker. Others - not good for me. |

meh if youre a total fish rakeback is kinda pointless because the amount of rake youre paying is so small. odds calculator-? what do you really need that for. I would just focus on improving your game. I would invest in some sort of tracking program and study up if you want to get good. Tracking is good if you wanna take the game seriously.. |

On a more serious note, tilt is a nice place to learn the game. |
