Can anybody share what hand tracking software they use .. what they recommend ... and why.

I use poker tracker tons of info automatically stored but not the most user friendly program in the world. PT is the only I have tried and am still getting used to it's benefits simply because there is SO much info! Well worth the loot or ummmmm the download time if you know where to get it free

Looks like interesting software for the online player. But, it might be worthwhile to try and analyze players mentally too just in case you ever play live. No puters, handhelds, etc. allowed.
