Just returned from a two day stay at the orleans in las vegas entered into the 100.00 buy-in tuesday re-buy expectations weren't real high I've been in a slump cathching those cold cards as well as the poker nightmare of always having the 2nd nut after the river well what a turn-a-bout with-in the first hour session I was the massive chip leader then I started thinking that I should tighten up , then was moved to a new table , wow what a seat it turned into, caught wired pairs nothing lower than 9s in 9 of the first 15 hands and to top it off beat the odds by catching sets on the flop 5 times and they all held up to finish the story at the final table put the first three out myself and ended up loseing heads up for 2nd place but since there were 830 rebuys and 394 entries had the best poker day in a long time just wanted to say the poker room at the orleans casino resort is really a nice place to play but beware for it is also a "locals" hangout and there r a lot of quality players just wanted to share my joy of breaking the cycle
