| Going Broke Buy in was like $10 I ran hot and cold all night. I did what I consider a sin when I decided to keep playing when I was ahead and ready to stop. But my reasoning was a personal issue (Family Health stuff) Well I almost stopped playing 3 times. All when I was ahead. But this was my most painful and final hand of the night. I am in the BB with Ah 2h Not a great hand but hey it costs me nothing to play it. Overall I have 2 callers the player after me and the one in the SB. Flop: 9h Js 2c No flush draw. 1st checks. I make min bet just to see. 3rd pos calls 1st pos folds Turn: Ac 2 pair? Sweet! I bet 2/3rds the pot . He Calls. River: Ad Wow I just hit the boat! I bet the same as last time. He raises. I'm thinking he must have hit trip aces. Because only an AJ or A9 beats me and thats almost impossible percent-wise. I raise. He goes all in. He slow play pocket jacks? Those aren't good here. I call. He turns over As Jd And good night! I know it might be possible to fold that hand. But I couldn't. |

| Lol I know your pain. Last few days was the biggest "swing" ive ever had! Started the day with my base $80.... over time I dropped to $15... played a $12 tourney giving me a $3 bankroll. Yes, I won, then won a few more, and shot up to $180... then I lost again... back to $40.. then today I decided to play strong... won a few crucial tourneys. My current BR is up to $245 So in summary $80->$15->$3->$180->$40->$245 gotta love poker eh? |
