Glitch? Razz bringin with a 6 at Carbon

This was in a horse freeroll a few minutes ago. You'll notice there was a 9, 7, J, 10, and 8. And they didn't accidently take the lowest, that would be the 3. WTF!?!? It's just a freeroll, and I don't care, I even won the hand but.... should I send them this?

They still did it wrong, but FYP, bring in is highest. I'd send it to them.

Yes, I know that. I meant that even if it was a glitch that incorrectly took the lowest, it would still not have been me with the 6. Thanks. I will send it to them.

Hi Dive, I think they have only just started Razz on merge though they have had horse for some time. The J should definately have been the bring in, so I suspect it's a software prob.

Oh sorry, I read what you said again "accidently take the 3". Figured you knew. I literally meant FYP, was going to delete my post. I blame it on those screenshots that make me stretch my page to read the whole sentence .

Freeroll or not, they're using the same software for cash games so needs to be fixed.

Don't you be using your newly gained omnipotence to be fixin' my posts. Yeah, I thought the same - at real stakes, or late in a tourney, it would suck. I sent them a note:

Quick update if anyone cares. Heard back from Carbon in a timely fashion, just several hours. But of course, the response was non-sensical:

There's a glitch in your software. Just thought someone there would want to know. If it happens late in a tourney or for real money, it's bound to make some people mad. Thanks.
