Getting Paid At Pokerstars?

Is anyone having issues getting paid there cashouts at pokerstars? I have made two cash outs one right after the other about 2 full weeks ago, received the automated email that said they both were approved and it would take 7-10 business days to go into my bank account and now thru numerous emails they are telling me its there processor not them.

I have asked numerous times for them to track it they say they cant? They cant track where they send there money? Now all I keep getting is the automated response that its the processors fault not theres.

Here is the latest email I have recieved

Regarding your cashouts, please know that we are working hard to get
them credited to you in a timely manner.

Please know that on our side the funds have been sent as per normal.

Right now they are on our 3rd party poker company. The delay is on our
processor's side. As the funds have been already sent to the processor
we can not place them back into your PokerStars account.

At the moment we can not give you an exact day as to when the funds
will be reflected on your statement, as this depends on our processor
and each bank's individual processing procedures.

We will keep on working and contacting our processors until your
funds have been deposited into your account.

Has anyone else been having issues? Is there a higher authority to contact or do I just sit and wait and pray I get paid?

Over 20 pokerstars cashouts, no problems. Be patient.

Of all the sites out there, Stars is one that I'd have no concerns about whatsoever. Just be patient.

In the future, just cashout via check. I got mine in 6 regular days the last time I cashed out.

If you are cashing out via e-check, disbursements are handled by the/a 3rd party poker provider, just as the email you received indicates. Rest assured, PS has/will do their part in an efficient and timely manner. I worry more about money from SSA than PS.

10 working days is two full weeks.

Yes, I have been waiting over three weeks for a cash-out. I stopped playing at pokerstars and went back to Fulltilt. I have never had any issues there.

if you ever DO have issues at FT, expect for it to take 3 weeks for support to e-mail you back

yea i use to have problems with cashouts there but now i use garybenson.com for all my cashouts and i've had no problems anymore

I have cashed out many times via pokerstars and never once had a problem.

You will get it.

Its been Said before in this thread....But Yeah stick to Checks sent Via Mail thats the best advice I can give....Thats a Soild Payout Method
