fulltilt problems

Hello All, I been having a problem with fulltilt and I'am looking for some advice. Fulltilt has made three withdrawls from my checking account that I did not authorize, I recieved no confirmation emails from them about these withdrawls. The last withdrawl was last night while my account was froze. When I contact Fulltilt I get the same response everytime.

"Correct, the last transaction on your tmcarpe account was made on 07/12/09 but please be advised it can take upwards of 5 business days before a charge made on Full Tilt Poker appears on your financial statement. To clarify, this charge was initiated on Full Tilt Poker on 12 Jul 2009 21:05 (036D2C01)

Your account will remain suspended for up to 30 days, or until your financial institution contacts us regarding whether there are sufficient funds to back the transactions made to us in your account. If we receive chargebacks from your financial institution you will then be able to pay back any debt that you owe us.

It sounds like they're not getting the gist of what you are trying to tell them. I would send a reply email, and request a customer support phone number. Let them know in clear language in your response that you have NOT authorized these transactions, and that you need to speak to someone immediately.

I know when i first deposited on there it was sticky and charged me 50$ 3x.I contacted them through the CS and everything was cleared up.I hope everything works out for ya.I simply love that site and refuse to play anywhere else,well I mean refuse to deposit on any other site.

i had two different accounts. i mostly played on just one account but now i cant log in

You do realize they can seize all money in both accounts and take it from you bc your not allowed to play on two accounts
