| Fulltilt email support (BAD) Do FTP have live chat support. since everytime I request for an update on my delay withdrawal thur email. The email support mostly not gonna get back. And the only way to get a reply from them is to cancel the withdrawal. If they do have live support then it will be much easiler!! |

| Yes FT's customer support is bad. Here's my experience. FT was my first online poker site. I was 1 FT point away from clearing another $10 of my deposit bonus. I had five days left to do it. Stupid me emailed them to ask about withdrawal options, and they locked my account because I had another account (which I created months ago, but never played and forgot about). So it took them 3 days to explain why they locked my account and what I need to do. I sent them scans of my IDs immediately, and it took them another 2 days to respond, hours after my deadline passed. Yes, ten bucks isn't much, but when I was grinding at 2 cent tables, it takes a long time just to clear ten bucks, so that really felt like all that time was wasted. |

You aren't allowed to have multiple accounts. That's not bad customer service.. that's a bad customer. Withdraws trigger a security check.. your security check brought the fact that you had multiple accounts to light. Multiple accounts are a breach of the T&C. They are not allowed to help prevent players committing fraud etc. You knew that you had multiple accounts.. they didn't make a mistake did they? What were you expecting? An email calling you a cheeky scamp and asking you not to do it again? That's not the way multiple accounts are usually dealt with is it? Last edited by Stu_Ungar : 27th May 2010 at 12:20 PM. |

| FT has always had the worst customer service that I have ever had experience with. Takes them forever to respond and half the time they do it's just some stock e-mail reply with no helpful information. What are you going to do though? If yopu wanna play there you just have to deal with it. |

| I have always found the support at FT to be very good. Even though I am still begging them to somehow get me RaKEBACK.....LOL. I sent an email yesterday more or less saying I was gonna take my money elsewhere since I have a RB offer at another site. If they actually give me RB I will be quite happy and I will transfer all money from my other sites. Actualyl if they say no I am gonna email them again and tell them that if they guarentee me the RB I am planning on doubling my BR there. Hopefully this will work |

I don't blame you for keeping on trying, but you are fighting a loosing battle on this one. RB is pretty essential for a micro stakes player because rake accounts for about 6bb/100 think what you could do with an extra 6bb/100 tagged on to your win-rate! |

If I don;t play at FT the affiliate and FT lose out. I would think that FT needs to re think these arrangements. |

The affiliate gets a percentage of your winnings for life in return for getting you to sign up with FT and this deal is better than FT trying to keep a perpetual world wide advertising campaign going. If FT stoped honouring the deal with the affiliate then the affilliates would havve less of an incentive to do FT's advertising for them and thus FT then have to spend money on untargeted advertising. This means a drop in revenue for FT so it just dosent make any sense form a business perspective to stop honouring these agreements. |

I think you should definitely move to a different site because not having RB is a big disadvantage for you. This is why I'm responding in this thread.. I only play on FT so cant really offer any opinions on other site that offer RB. I didnt want to post that in one of your other threads because although you would see it as a reply to this conversation, everyone else would be oblivious to this conversation and think that I had taken the time to make a post saying that I didnt know anything that could be considered useful.... which is kind of pointless although I do see a few people do this quite regularly! But yes definitely look for a new site and remember that after about 100-200NL most people say the Poker Stars loyalty program offers a better deal than RB. So if you make it to those levels you would be better playing on PS then FT anyway! |

I don't blame them for locking my account. I blame them for taking 5 days to unfreeze my account. I responded to any response from them within 2 hours. I even said "stupid me". I know having two accounts was my negligence and fault. Again, I blame them for the length of time it takes to correspond. PS and Carbon are 24 hours or less. |

| FWIW folks I always full tilt was slow. In recent weeks theve been getting faster and faster responding to me. I just sent them a email explaining why I dont like how long the late registration lasts in the MSOP. Its much longer than it used to be which was about two levels. Got this response in 14 Minutes Hello Normand, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your suggestions on how we can improve your online poker experience, and we'll consider implementing some changes to the registration procedure on Full Tilt Poker. What Blueskies is doing is comparing the length of time FT takes to investigate an instance of multiple accounts to the length of time Carbon and PS take to respond to a standard support email. He is not comparing like for like. |
