| FullTilt customer service really suck♠ I have a problem, can someone help me please. Fulltilt is a joke. My account has been closed due to multi-account but i didn't do it on purpose. I had deposit problem with my first account so they closed that and i went on to create my 2nd account. At first, i was working fine and i made so many deposits into the account. When i have 400 dollars in my account, they shut it down because they said i have multi-account which not truth at all. I didn't use 2 accounts at the same time So i e-mail them and let them know about that situation. The reply back telling me to log on the primary account(which is my brother account), the problem is that i have no access to that account what so ever. Can someone help me please. One more thing, when i e-mail them, they never answer you the right way. This is so bs. can someone do something about it? i'm really piss. |

| First things first... take a deep breath. Now, don't assume that Full Tilt is doing anything other than trying to prevent someone from having multiple accounts. They have proven themselves to be very reasonable, especially when honest people do their best to clear up honest mistakes, either on the part of Full Tilt or the player. If you expect a response to your email within an hour, you're most likely to be disappointed. Try to be patient. When communicating with them, just try to explain yourself very clearly, don't try to deny anything that you might have done that violates their terms, and do exactly what they ask regarding identifying yourself and relaying the actual facts of the case. | re: FullTilt customer service really suck♠ poker multi-account is always the forbidden by any poker room,the only way to solve the problem is that you can only e mail to them,the reason that you creat the second acc,offer your all proof about the acc info,of course,patient is very important when you communicate with the FullTilt customer service ,sometimes they respond your very slowly,at last,hope you can use your acc again! |

Just from your explanation alone I think there is a lot more you are not telling us, like the first account is not your brothers; its yours and the deposit problem was that FT only give you one sign-up bonus etc etc They are a reputable company. Emails get answered within 24 hours. People who get caught multi-accounting lose their funds. If they make a mistake they do own up to it. I think there is a lot you arent telling us. |

| Typical first post for this kind..... If they shut down your or your brothers account, I cannot tell whose because in your OP you said both. You should have cleared that up before opening another account. They will get back to you, there is nothing any of us can do. Maybe speak from experience and that is if you get caught multi accounting you are lucky they are just telling you to go back to the original account and not banning you from playing there altogether. |

| So you didn't try to cheat players by playing on more than 1 account at the same time? Good for you. Now can you say the same thing about not cheating Full Tilt? How many FIRST deposit bonuses do you think you should get? I'm sure FTP will get it straight and let you back on because you're likely a serial depositor and that's good for them (and for other players), but as for you demanding that they sort out the mess that YOU MADE immediately... well that's pretty damn funny. |

I don't have access to that account and i don't know the e-mail address. That account belongs to my brother and he is away for military training right now. Ps1858 is the only account that I'm using. I didn't use the others account beside my pokerstar1858. How can Koopaz is my primary account when it's registered under a different name and address and i don't have access to that account. Please answer my questions ♠. I already show you my ID and proof of address. Please take this matter into the reconsideration. I would like to contact you by phone. This is what i sent to them. They've heard all the BS from multi-accounters before and the faster you tell them the truth the faster they'll get whatever account is your 1st one open so you can get back to losing money right away. |

| You can't do anything except sit and wait. You have already been told countless times in this thread that: 1) If you haven't done anything wrong and tell the truth it will all be sorted out 2) It will take time The reason that you are receiving such a rough reception is because you appear to have opened an account here purely to complain about Full Tilt, you are one of a long line of people that have done that, and in 95% of cases they eventually admit that they have tried to do something they shouldn't have done. Usually either they don't open the original account with rakeback then try to open a second one with rakeback and get caught, or they claimed one first deposit bonus then opened another account and tried to claim another first deposit bonus. Sometimes people don't really have a problem with Full Tilt and see it as a handy way of spamming their 65 posts for membership of The Freeroll Club. The fact that you posted in poor English and what you said didn't really make sense hasn't helped your case here, either. People here are quite bored with reading this type of thread. |

Because any reasonably thinking person would have contacted FT after they closed the 1st 2 accts, and asked why. That is why you're being met with doubt and suspicion. Once they caught your 3rd account, with your acct personal info repeated, it is no surprise that they would freeze every acct created from that IP or physical address pending further investigation. |

| the did something similiar to me becuase they said a person who uses my same isp has a negative acct which was my roommate. i argued with them but then said forget it i play on bodog and doyle. |
