Fulltilt cashout que

Ive built up enough to cashout at fulltilt again,thanks to Cardschat!..My question is,have they solved the cashout problem for usa players,or do they still have a problem???
Anyone cashed out recently,if so,how did it go?

Requested an etransfer on Sunday. Hopefully it will be in my account by Wednesday. Seems that most recent requests have been handled very quickly although there are still many waiting on funds requested in Feb. so who knows.

Not from the US but it's my understanding that things are back to normal, they just have to work on the backlog from where it all messed up in between.

I had big issues last month with premium bank wire. They ended up putting money back in my FTP account with no compensation.

Anyway requested check on March 9th and was approved on same day. I will post back when/if I get my check.

Etransfer requested Sunday, recieved today. Looks like things are back on track atm. Although I don't know for how long considering the payment says it came from :

Finally received my check today. Cashed it and it didn't bounce so seems all is good. Was approved on March 9th and it was in mail today March 23rd so got it within 10 business days and they had up to 15.

Hopefully everything is back to normal for now.

Does nobody use check anymore? I use it a lot and get it within 5 days. Never bounces, always here within a week. Never a problem.

Though I must add I am in Canada so I don't know if this is an option for US players, but mayhaps something to consider instead of waiting weeks or a month or more on a wire/e-transfer.

This is method I use(when I can). I don't like to leave paper trail going back to my bank account. Not that I'm doing anything wrong. It's just THEY make me feel like I am.

It is good news that all ends well. I am pretty sure that they are doing their best to be back in business with good service.

Update: Just received message on my phone this morning from store that cashed my check. This is odd as I don't know these people personally but have cashed several checks through them.

Anyway I returned their call and I am waiting for manager to call me back. Trying not to jump to conclusions but I may have just cashed a $700 bad check. Can't really see any other reason they would call me.

I'll post back after I speak with manager. Anyone ever have a check bounce or returned that FTP processor has sent them?

Edit: Just talked to store manager. He said account from which check had been written had non-sufficiant funds. He then repeatedly called # on check only to get answering service. He says he eventually got hold of bank and they told him funds weren't available when he tried to cash it, but are now. He says it cost him like $25 each time check is returned. He asked me to contact FTP about this and make sure money will be in account before he cashes it again. I laughed out loud and told him FTP has no idea who they are dealing with or at least won't let me know. I said I will e-mail them, but that's all I can do.

Anyway he says by Monday he will know if funds were available and if he will get money for check. I don't think he plans on charging me for this, but i doubt I will be able to cash anymore checks there. What if I cashed it at my bank? They would be charging me NSF fees. Who would repay me for those? FTP? LOL they MIGHT throw me a bone in my FT account knowing I have no way reasonable way to get it out.

FTP needs to get to know some of these 3rd party poker processors are before they start dealing with them. It is irritating as all hell grinding all month thinking you are gonna get SOMETHING at least out of the deal then have to hassle to get that.

Moral of the story is if you withdraw you may get your money sometimes and will prolly get it all eventually just months after you need it is all.

I've seen posts about it happening in the past. Fingers crossed.

Just read it and it sucks but FTP is not where your anger should be placed. It's the US government. They shut these fly-by-night processors down all the time. I've heard unsubstantiated claims that both FTP and Stars each lose millions every month due to confiscations and shady processors so that they can continue servicing the US market. I've had in happen with Bodog about a year ago. Luckily I hadn't cashed the check yet but I was told to throw the old check away and they sent me a replacement. It's also one of the reasons I try to always used eTransfer these days. If the transfer goes through the funds are guaranteed. So write your Representatives and/or join the PPA but getting angry at the site isn't going to get you anywhere.

They will cover any fees you run into but like you say it will be with a deposit to your FTP account. gl.

I'm not to good at writing proper complaints so I sent them this:

I received the check within 10 business days so that was good. Cashed check down at local check cashing store and they cashed it for me. I received a call from store owner saying that account from which check was issued had NSF. It was returned and he was charged $25 fee. He repeatedly phoned # on check with no response. He finally got in touch with bank and they said funds should be in account now, although they weren't when he first tried to cash it.

So basically the place where I cash my checks is never going to let me cash a check there again. I assured him I have had no problems with FTP check before but they use different processors. He says he won't even know if check is any good this time until mon or tues. next week. So if check is bad I owe him $700+ fees.

I guess what I'm trying to say here is maybe you guys need to be checking out these processors better before handing over large amounts of money to them. Then a few questions:


1) When I take my next check to my bank to cash, are you guys gonna cover my returned check/NSF fees they charge me when your processor's account don't have the chump change in there account to cover my little check?

2) Who is going to cover my check cashing place's loss for dealing with you shady processors?

3) When/if you pay for any fees that mat have incurred because of one of your third party poker processors, will you please credit my bank account instead of my FTP account. This should be a no-brainer, but....

4) Can you send me info on the last processor to send me a check($500)? I would like to pass this info onto my check cashing place so he can send them bill.

I am a member of PPA. Everyone who believes in poker rights should be.

I'm truly not upset with FTP. Truth is I just need to vent. Since I don't know these 3rd party poker people, I have to vent at them. They know who they are dealing with or at least should.

You are right though. Getting upset with poker site does nothing about nothing. That's why it is nice to have a site to whine at when I'm feeling a little bitchy.

For real though it sucks getting check, cashing it, and thinking all is good. Then this B.S.

Anyway I'm not bashing FTP and it is the only site I can stomach anymore. George Bush can..... well u know( bunch of bad stuff), for what he has done. What a dickhole he is.

FTP support actual sent me a real non-automated e-mail. Took them awhile but they did get back to me. It seems like they are going to do all they can to help me on this issue. I will get info they need then post again after they get back with me.

Anyway figured it was worth a bump. It does prove they are trying to be helpful at least.

Bummer your 700 check bounced...My check was approved on march 23,but I still have not recieved it as of today...if/when it ever gets here,I always wait at least a week to see if it clears,before I spend any of it...
It looks like Fulltilt will never get this right,until poker legislation passes in the usa....


From situations Ive seen before,fulltilt does all they can to make things right with customers,prolly better than any other site...

I have another check on the way for $250 so I will update when I get that.

Other than that after they returned the money to my FTP account(again) for that $700 check, I requested an e transfer to my bank account for the rest of my BR except $30. I have it updated in another thread. Just approved a few days ago for that. We'll see how it goes.

Still amazed that folks want to blame Bush for the UIGEA and the financial U.S. transaction woes in online poker.

Bush only SIGNED the SAFE Port Act... it was CONGRESS that voted unanimously to send the Act to the Pres's desk. Want to blame someone?? Blame Congress and their Dem and Rep unanimous vote to approve the UIGEA as part of the SAFE Port Act.

It was Congress that made the UIGEA an amendment to the SAFE Port Act... not the President. So... it wouldn't have mattered if it was Bush, the Big 'O' or any other Pres... the UIGEA would have been made law when Congress made UIGEA a part of a terror related Act in Congress.

Yes I agree about the whole Bush thing. He really did some stupid shit IMO.

The thing is FTP is supposed to cover bounced returned check fees from 3rd party poker processors so for this they are bastards to IMO. I mean WTF? Seriously if they don't give me something I will work all my academy points, Full Tilt points, and bonus medals into cash. Shortly after I will withdraw whole amount and say goodbye to FTP forever. Been putting up with this long enough.

They shipped $30 for my 2 months of waiting and the $56 they owe me. You do the math.

Anyway the fact that they gave me anything was enough of a good faith gesture for me to stay sad as it sounds. I just don't like playing anywhere else.

BTW, I still have a $250 check on the way that I hope don't come so I can do a bank transfer. This way at least I won't have to pay returned check fees.

Cashing out by check seems to be open now. After getting stung by my last attempt for e-transfer, I asked for check this time. At least my request was not denied… yet.

I haven't had any of my request denied. Only money returned to mt FTP account and returned checks. Big pain in the ass and it needs to be handled better IMO. You shouldn't have to play so much to get a black card just to get decent customer service.

Still no check by mail yet,and sent Fulltilt an email per their request if I did not get it by today.
My check was approved on march 25th they said....which does not mean you will recieve it.....so here we go again!!!

P.S.....many of you here really are against UB,but I have Always recieved my check by mail within 10 days from them.....and never any hassle.....just sayin....!!!

Previous withdrawals by check from FT have gone smoothly for me. Usually got a check within 10 tens. This time, I have my fingers crossed.

Hah,I recieved my check on black poker friday...deposited at my bank sat....Now the 10 million dollar question...will it bounce...and ...if it bounces?

Call # on check to confirm payment. Might have to wait until Monday. I got mine on a weekday evening and couldn't reach anyone but a voice mail. Called next morning and payment was confirmed by live operator. Cashed RIGHT BEFORE black friday thread started. Hope it isn't returned.

Cash mine Thursday. Fingers crossed. I'm be back on here complaining if does bounce.

I'm done complaining. Nothing more can be done for now. Currently have $300+ and about $75+ in tickets and nothing more can be done except wait.

I am unsubscribing to all FTP cashout threads for now. Sad days......
