Full Tilt Tournament Problem????

Ok so tonight I signed up for A plo tournament that started at 10pm est.
Well I regested for it at around 9:20 pm and then got distrackted with something else,but never closing out the tournament tab or full tilt.
I relized it was 10:15 and clicked the tournament tab and I wasn't regestered anymore.
Just curious if it a part of there new software,were if you don't click it when the tournament starts to take your seat in a certain amount of time they just drop you.
It was really weird and no money has been credited to my account yet.
But I did send tournament id to support with the information.
S knowing full tilt they should get back to me in around a month or so:P.

do u have the tourney id ? was the money actually withdrawn from ur account? just asking in hopes that maybe u were mistaken. Seems odd. But if it was a glitch iam sure u can prove it and hopefully will come out alright

buck, it had only been 15 minutes by what OP said, he registered at 9:20 and the tournament didn't start until 10:00. Unless it was a super turbo starting with 300 chips pretty sure he didn't blind out.

I had something similar happen with the freeroll to the record breaker on FT. I had been registered for a few hours, then right before it started I was trying to help a few friends find it and register, somehow I got unregistered. I attributed it to having clicked the unreg button by mistake w/o realizing, but now I don't know. Maybe there is a bug.

But to the OP, are you sure of your BR before and after regging for the tourney? Maybe you did get the money back but didn't realize it.

FullTilt doesn't make you click anything when their tournaments begin, at least they didn't for me up until last night, which was the last one I played in. So I think it was probably just a glitch, maybe you accidentally clicked unregister or hit the Enter key on accident while the UnRegister button was selected...

Either way, if you were successfully registered, you should have been listed in the players list(A) and the tournament would have popped up(B). That is one thing I hate about U/B is that you have to click the damn button to take you to your table, it doesn't just pop up. I have missed a couple tournaments because the pop up was behind whatever screen I was working on and didn't see it until I had been either cut from the tournament for inactivity or blinded down to nothing. Good luck on getting this resolved though, I'm sure Tilt will figure it out.

I agree w/ ya thebluff...don't see any PLO at 10 anywhere.
