Full Tilt Table Mods by Stick

I'm not sure if everyone is aware, even though it says in my sig, that I have created a few cool my blog in the right margin. They are free for anyone to use. No strings attached. There's about 13 in the list and there's even 2 mods featuring the Cardschat logo. I've even been known to make some on request.

On my blog, just click the mod link or pic to see the whole JPEG. If you like one, right click it and save it to your hard drive. Then click the install links in that blog section (that actually link back here) to see how to get one of them going in your F.T.P. software.

Feel free to ask me questions and ENJOY!!

I wonder if changing your sig to say Full Tilt instead of F-T-P might help?

F.T.P is what I used when I was a moderator (not for this website)and wanted to upload new pages to the website...

Added this one of Danica a few days ago. I have 16 of them now and they are free for anyone to use. Just look in the right margin of my blog for the complete mods. Install instructions are there, too.

She looks hot and everything, but I just don't think its a very good idea for me. Reason 1- I have a gf so i rather not have to explain that and 2- I want to concentrate on poker not her lol.

As funny as it sounds... I wish someone could make a mod to make Full Tilt look like Ultimate Bet did before the merger.

Nice work on the flaming skull, Stick. I may try following your instructions to create a Chicago Bears FT mod. But if that fails (which I suspect it will because I'm severely left brained) then you may have another project coming your way on request. But I'll take a crack at it first.

Okay, I've always had a problem with this mod thing. I followed your instructions precisely to install your mod and then to remove the green felt but nothing. There was no viola or fireworks or nothin'.

What did happen, however, is that my green felt is now gone, but no skull. Before I removed the green felt it was giving me the option for "Red Skull". But after I removed green felt it will not give me any options on table views. How can I fix this?

Sorry. Never heard of that happening. Technically, all you are doing when you "remove" the felt center table is swapping the file with the green felt with one that is transparent. It has nothing to do with any of your software controls.

Also, the center table files are PNG files. Make sure they didn't get changed to a different format during the swap.

Okay, I thought that I had messed up by not renaming the blank table file with the ".png" after it to "tableRT.png" but that didn't solve anything when I fixed it.

It's just not bringing up a drop down menu when I right click the table. The table is transparent, but no drop down menu to change it.

OK. Instead of right-clicking the table, click the word "options" at top right of the table window. Then see if you have a dropdown menu next to "background". If not, then your "background.ini" file is messed up since that is what controls the list.

If you either upload a copy of your "background.ini" file here as a TXT file attachment OR just copy & paste it in a post here, I'll take a look.

Im gonna add something, cause I had a similar issue, with the good luck background. When I had named it table.jpg nothing was happening. I went back and just named the jpg file Table and not table.jpg and it worked.

On another note, I also had to switch my background.ini file around. I had to put mine above the final table one on the ini file. My background and table are fine now, but when I go to my options drop down menu I named the table Luck and it doesnt show. If i go to none option then it comes up.

I am using Vista and I dont know if that has something to do with it.

Yep. That's why I said "table" or "table.jpg". "Table" for Vista, but "Table.jpg" for XP since it doesn't automatically put the suffix there like Vista does. Maybe I'll go add the Vista thing in my instructions. Thanks.

EDIT: Oh and for your list issue. Check to see that the names in your background.ini file match what they are referring to. Sys name to sys name, table name to table name, and folder name to folder name.

Ok, so I am just getting started on making a Chicago Bears table for FT since I have a mod for PS already. This is all I've done so far, but before I proceed further I have a some questions below.

Bears Table.JPG (http://www.cardschat.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=15680&d=1229110683)

My questions:
1. When we do the table graphic, exactly how large do we go? I made this one too large and it covered the table, floor, etc out to the edges.
2. I had an issue because the table/felt was blocking the center, so I followed the instruction to remove the felt and now the whole table is gone? Is this related to #1 since I made my table graphic too flippin' big?
3. If I shrink up the table graphic (assuming that gets me the table ring overlay back), do I need to change the floor separately?

Don't get me wrong, I actually kind of like the really clean look, but I'm not done with the table yet either.

The answer to your question number two may be the same problem I had. Go to graphics/table/racetrack and then click on the folder that your file is saved in. When it shows your file it should be named "table". Don't name this "ChicagoBears" or anything else. It has to have the name "table" to work.

When you get rid of FTP's table, all you have left is a background. So put a table outline on it, if you want.

3. If I shrink up the table graphic (assuming that gets me the table ring overlay back), do I need to change the floor separately?

Again, see above. There is no separate "floor" or "table". The background has everything on it.

Don't get me wrong, I actually kind of like the really clean look, but I'm not done with the table yet either.

I have that. The table itself is working (see pic), but the ring for the table disappeard when I followed the felt removal instructions. I did the navy blue background with the Bears C on it.

Okay, I was just wondering if that may be the issue. Stick is much better at this than I. I made a couple of cool ones, but it was with the Paint program.

If you don't mind stick, I would like to show them off by posting in here.

Oh. Heh, didn't realize that. Thanks. So where do I get the translucent table ring (like you have) that I can add to my picture? Is that in one of the image files in the Full Tilt Folder? Or do I just have to draw my own?

Oh, and not that it matters too much, I guess, but all of the tables in FT appear to have dimensions of 794x547. That should be easy enough to duplicate.
