Full Tilt Stepping Up Abusive Chat Warnings/Bannings

So far tonight I have seen no less than 4 players get warned about inappropiate language and chat abuse, and 2 of them recieved temporary chat suspensions. In the past week, I have seen dozens of warnings as well.

This was after just one or two swears or abusive comments.

In the past, FT really did nothing to monitor chat, and I'm glad to see them finally step it up.

Now, I'm not one to be bugged by morons spouting off obceneties in the chat box. After hours of play it is a nice bit of amusement for me actually. But overall I was appalled with the lack of any sort of deciplinary action towards swearing, insults and the use of other languages besides english. Good to see they are finally putting an end to it.

Anyone else notice this recently?

I got an abusive language warning about 2 months ago at Tilt almost instantly after I had typed something which I can't remember exactly now, but I wasn't being abusive, it was something like assume, and the only thing I could work out was that it began with ass, the reply came back that quick that I think their censor software must have gotten an upgrade and they were still working out some bugs.

All I know was that what I said wasn't abusive.

ya doesn't ftp just have like auto software moderators.

I know there was a thing with railbirds if you got them to type kofek they'd lose their chat privileges. became a running joke during some of the nosebleed games.

I don't know why people take chat so seriously personally. It's the internet people usually act their worst on it.
