Full tilt screwed?

I guess full tilt is screwed with regards to any quick deposits that they placed in player accounts but have not yet taken from the players bank accounts. If they try to take the funds out they are doing exactly what they have been charged with. Using dummy companies, etc. to get around bank restrictions on not allowing funds to be given to gambling institutions. Now that banks are "aware" they will not allow any electrronic funds to be given to any of the various entities that full tilt used for their electronic transfers. Thoughts?

Full Tilt being screwed out of money they have not collected, is the least of my concerns right now.
That is my thought.

I am guessing that anyone that has deposits not collected on by fulltilt will keep their money? Fulltilt probably will not be able to do anything to collect? Congrats to all the players that had uncollected deposits with fulltilt at time of shutdown.

Well, I wouldn't go that far, there is no way to kow what is going to happen. It has only been 1 full business day since all of this happened.

I just found out that 3 of my quick deposits are being reversed and the money is being placed back into my bank account. Apparantly, the request was made by someone on April 4th. Anyone else seen this yet? This was for funds that actually were placed into fulltilt and removed from my bank account.
