I had a problem several months back on pokerstars----don't remember the exact description--but I could not install the updates. I had to uninstall the entire program from my computer, and start over from scratch, once I reinstalled it-it was fine. I'm no computer wiz-but I hope that helps.Good Luck

What's been said above, pretty much - I had that happen a few times to me when they did their big software update a few months back. Usually it seems to mean your connection to their server has timed out, just keep trying or come back and try a few hours later and it'll probably work.

I have problems with it just locking up when I act too quickly. It is usually a hand that I have hit trips and acting week to get them to push. It has locked up on me after I got them to push. However, since it locked up, I ended up getting folded and the other person won the hand. So I now just bet the hand and if they fold, well at least I did not loose the hand.
