Full tilt and Pokerstars: how is the action
Hi, I'm currently playing at bodog, mostly the low limit sit 'n go's. I find the action very good and there's a good variation of way too tight and way too loose players around.
At peak hours I can find a game pretty easily and seats fill up rather fast. On the other hand you can't find a game at the other times of day (which is daytime until 6-7PM for me). My question is how is the action on other sites? What kind of players are playing at low, mid an high limits, how fishy are they? I'm planning to grind my br up to at least 600 until I can get the max bonus at fulltilt, but was wondering if I should even switch poker sites and if so, to which one. If you have experience with the sites mentioned about NL cashgames or SNG's, your help would be very welcome. |

I'm living in Belgium btw. (think that's GMT+1) But mainly I'm wondering how people with experience on other sites (maybe both those and bodog) are feeling about the competition and the action they're getting. |

Basically I don't want to spend money on poker, kind of like a taboo for me . And yes I might keep some money at Bodog (after all the competition is very weak at those stakes), but want another place to play when the action slows down. |

Both PS & FT have good action. Imo you won't go wrong with either one, I'm a bit partial to PS as there is a much larger variety and more games going and they are faster to fill but both are good.

I came up with a new question to the experienced players around here after playing a solid agressive player in one of my sng adventures. He was the kind that changed gears quite efficiently although he always kept an agressive aproach to the game. The only problem with his play was going all in with marginal hands a little too often. (if you're wondering what happened I went all in with 4.5k chips against him 10.5k chips I had K4 he Q8, he flopped a queen
)I'm wondering if such selectively agressive players with a player-oriented approach comes up more often at some sites than others. Basically, what is the shark or solid player percentage like at low, mid and high limits? Thanks again everyone. |
