Full Tilt Poker Support

I don't usually make these type of posts here, but can I just say... Full Tilt Poker's support is nothing short of amazing. I've probably emailed them with issues about 10-15 times over the lifetime of my account and every single time I've had detailed, accurate and efficient responses and they are extremely quick in replying too.

Support is a big deal to a lot of people. I'd recommend fulltilt to anyone.

They have improved their site since I started playing there - recently adding cash Horse games and others.

I have only had to contact support one time - and it was the same as your experience. A quick reply that answered my question in full - and it didn't sound like a computer generated response, it was a personal response to me.

The only thing I can complain about is the bonus. I deposited enough money to earn a nice bonus but will never see most of it. It is too difficult to earn and it expires too quickly.

Overall - I also recommend it.

I agree, thats where i started to play No Limit Texas Holdem and thats where i found out about Cardschat,, thumbs up for FT>> buck

I'll agree that their support is quick, efficient, and accurate. You get an actual answer to your question rather than an irrelevant form letter that you get from some other places.

I also have to agree - wrote to them a couple of weeks back concerning a prize i hadn't realised i had to apply for in the Hendon Mob League.

Considering the match was 4-5 weeks before i had a reply and an apology (although none was needed) within 24 hours
