Full Tilt new software, notes gone??

I have been playing some games, and people who I have played before where I am sure I took notes, have no notes now. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hopefully I can answer that once I have played in the CC Full Tilt freeroll in an hour or two.

mine are all still there. A little bit harder to see in game though.

Mine are still there, at least the CardsChat ones anyway.
Mind you I have nothing written, but I put all CC'rs in blue to help ID them in non CC events an the color codes are there.

Yes ,after the download to there "new"additional software I lost it .But I contacted ft support and they can help you.

yep mine are there just checked but its a little harder to see them as its smaller, and most of my notes are in blue for all the cc'ers anyway

Hmm. I'm not logged in at the moment but I'm sure I had notes last night after the update. Windows Vista FWIW.

Just started my first game with the new software update. Don't recognize any players yet (not a CC event). I'll let you know what I find out later....

That would suck if all the notes disappeared.

Mine are here, but they are definatly harder to see now. Which I must admit is a pain in the butt.

My suggest is this (something I do) Once a week I make a copy of my FTP file that contains my notes and such (filename is *yourftpnamehere*.xml in the FTP program directory.

This way you have a back up of your notes.... just in case.

mine are still there they just changed the position of the markings.
the only time i lost my notes is when i had to install a new harddrive.

aren't player notes stored in your ft account?
new hard drive should not make any difference
my notes and coulor coding are still there
it looks different when you display the new badges
i go to options and 'hide badges'
then it looks the same (to me anyway)
i recently formatted my comp
and when i reinstalled fult tilt
all my notes where still there

If you go to the "badges" tab on the options tab on any table...you can use it to hide all badges, and see your notes MUCH easier. My notes are still there, but the little tab is not as visable with the badge option in effect. give it a try, it may work for you.
