Full Tilt (maybe others) and Windows 7

Since win 7 groups everything in the task bar I am no longer seeing when it is my action. I know shame on me for doing other stuff when i should be watching the tables. Other than that fact does anyone know how to fix this. Can I make it so that FTP tables don't group?

I have that option checked. For grins I unchecked it and re checked it. Still no good. For now I have "alert" sounds turned on

Maybe it's the poker gods telling me to pay more attention.

They are shown separately at the bottom but they still do not popup when the action is on me. Seems Ultimatebet might be working. Just had it popup on me while I ws typing....lol

So if this is true then my issue seems to once again be with FTP

Okay, to tell you the truth, my first thought was options, bring lobby to front. It didn't really make sense, but I do have it checked. And I don't even know what that choice means, but sometimes the lobby pops to the front for no reason. lol Who knows, it might work.

Lobby pops to front I think when you close a table if that is checked. My tables are popping for PS and Ultimatebet so it must be an issue with the FTP software. I will have to email them and see.

To be honest you going to get problems with Windows 7 and software for a long time... No many people are upgrading to Windows 7... Since the problems with it... Drivers etc... and program compatible. XP seems to still be most popular, up to service park 3 and support ant going to stop til 2014/2015.

I have a copy of Win 7 on my other HDD... For testing manly... It's good wish there would sort the problems with it!

Well, I have Windows 7 and have no such issues. My windows pop for FT. From what I understand, Windows 7 is better than Vista, and supposed to be as good of not better thab 7? No? I know there are compatibilty issues with LOTS of previous software, as I have experienced with the new 64-bit. Even with Adobe & Norton products.

For whatever this is worth.... with any win7 version above home (ultimate edition for example) you can download a windows xp virtual machine from microsoft. It allows you to run windows xp in a window on the win7 desktop and will operate exactly as XP did. I don't have problems with Ultimatebet or stars, though Bodog runs horribly on windows 7 for me. May just be my machine though.

Well start testing a lot of software specially for server access and broad network and its so buggy. Only what my father in law said about it! (He works for Microsoft... Guess somebody who works for Microsoft knows F all about it )

Also if you installing poker software all mine pop up. I installed them with compatibility wiz... Worked a treat!

I was having issues again so I am trying the compatibility wizard to see if it helps. For what it's worth I am loving Windows 7 besides this issue.

This continues! However I have now discovered that it only happens when my poker tracker software is running with FTP. After I re-installed FTP I launched it and everything was working as it should. I let about 10 hands go by and they all worked. So I launched PT and the pop up of the FTP windows stopped. I have emails in to both PT and FTP but if anyone has had this and knows how to solve it that would also be great.
