Full tilt main event round 2 problem

I finished in first in the .com 225 main event round 1 tourney on full tilt and it said i won the ticket. But when I try to register for round 2, i click the link that says click here to register in this tourney, and it says I don't have the ticket. I went to my account and promotions page and it doesnt have a main event link. What should I do?

Email support I guess, that's the only thing you can do. Maybe it auto registered you for a 2nd round tournament and you missed it? I really have no idea but support will be able to help you.

Same thing happened to me RedSox. I emailed support and all they did was send me an form email explaining how to register. This was two days ago and I still have not heard from them. I've sent several emails since then. I'll keep ya posted if I hear anything.

Just got it solved. they emailed me said it could take 24 hours for it to show up and i checked and i recieved the ticket. just wait it out
