| full tilt issues. when i login to full tilt, it says that washington players are not allowed to play. however, i am in california. then when i try to play it says i am restricted from playing. I emailed their support and later i was able to play. but then a couple of hours later, i got that same message about washing players not being able to play and i cant play again. I emailed full tilt but they dont respond. Has anyone else had this issue? Why doesnt full tilt respond? |

'IF' someone hacked into his/her account, why would it be saying 'Washington residents are not allowed to play'? |

I seriously doubt OP's account was hacked. to the OP: In your account details, are you listed as residing in Washington? If so, then this may be the problem. You're probably recieving the default message sent ot all Washington players. OR, the local server you are getting your service from is based in Washington. In any case, you're just going to have to be patient. FTP Support is known for taking it's sewwt ass time in responding to anything. |

| re: full tilt issues. poker This has to do with your ISP (Internet service provider) for some reason you are assigned or routed through a WA IP address. I HAVE heard of this happening to a guy in Vegas, it took him a while to work it out with FTP and honestly you are better off calling your ISP and asking them to change your IP or getting a new ISP. In fact FTP will tell to go this route before they cave on whatever they finally do to fix your personal situation. Because this is just an automated function from FTP's software, I don't think it's an easy fix for them and before they give you the personal attention you probably require, they will tell you they can't help you and to talk to or change your ISP. Sucks, but I thought I'd spend my time trying to help you. You can deal with the run around as well obviously. gl |

| I have to agree with David, this is an ISP issue and Full Tilt isn't to blame. For some reason your IP address is connected to Washington, your ISP should be able to fix this pretty quick and easily. I've used a netbook with verizon wireless service here in NH, and Ive seen it show up as a California IP address, ISPs are weird like that. |

This sounds quite likely. I too have heard of others who weren't residing in Wash. but had similiar situation. |
