Full Tilt - Deposit(s) Question - USA There is a Full Tilt - Cash Out thread which describes the "pains" we US folks have experienced when cashing out. My question, though, is about deposits. I have made more deposits that I wish to admit, totaling several thousand dollars, and dating from November 2010. As credit card transactions for US players are refused, these FT "quick deposits" are set to be withdrawn from my checking account. To date, NONE of them have been processed. In December 2010 I sent an email to FT asking about this issue. The reply I received stated: "Quick Deposit transactions are generally debited form your bank account within 5 business days. However, we are currently experiencing some delays in the processing of your Quick Deposit transactions. We are working as a priority with our third party poker processor to resolve this delay and will contact you in advance of these transactions being processed. Unfortunately we are not in a position at this time to provide you with an exact processing timeline. As we are still working with our processor to determine which transactions are affected, we would not be able to provide an accurate pending transaction list at this time." Has anyone else experienced this way-too-lengthy (and, to me, very bothersome) delay?

I haven't deposited at FT in a long time, but from the posts I've seen, it seems to be hit miss: some people have no problems whatsoever, and others have had delays like what you are describing. Sorry I can't be anymore helpful than that; maybe someone else will chime in.

Thanks for the replies. Nice to know I'm not the only one having this problem. Another question to add to my original one.... Legally (are there any lawyers out there?), is there some kind of SOL (statute of limitations) on how long a person/company can take to process a bank transaction? I've been maintaining funds in my checking account to cover my Full Tilt deposits for some four months now. Legally speaking, does FT have like forever to process these transactions?

deposit issues Take heart my friend as you are not the only one with that problem. Currently the USA govt made it illegal for financial institutes to receive money from online gambling sites of any sort. You will not get in any trouble at all but this is the reason you are having problems depositing and may have problems withdrawing.I recommend using the Bank transfer option to withdraw tho as it seems to be the fast way to get the money in my pocket

re: Full Tilt - Deposit(s) Question - USA poker To be honest, FT customer support have some issues with the length of time they process inquiries and complaints. Usually it takes 2 to 3 weeks. If you write them, just write one letter. If you sent several letters, it will cause more delay than usual. So write them like 2 weeks interval for follow up if they happen to fail in answering your concerns.
