Hi all, has anyone else had trouble with fulltilt not responding to e-mails, on 7-25 they had troubles with the site, cost me around $20, game would take my bet then not deal me cards, they still have no got back tom, except for e-mail that they were experience difficulties and would get back to me, but that was 2 weeks ago

they tend to be kind of slow in working things out however, i would expect they will get back to you but i would send them another email or call.

I have never had a response within the same day. They suck at customer service. He beat me, straight up.

I always get a response from FT, but sometimes it takes a couple of days to hear back from them, but I always get things sorted out... you just have to be patient with them!

Me and my friend have both had either questions or issues that we e-mailed FT about, they never, ever got back. They suck on CS. That is just what they do.

I heard back in ~8 hours.

....but it was regarding transferring money into my account, so they would certainly be behooved to help me haha
