Been logging 5k+ hands per day on rush as of late, so this should be a doddle.

Does anyone know what kind of points are achievable at 5nl rush? Would be aiming for 100 points obviously but is 1000 just too sick crazy? Is it at 10nl?

Well I 4/6 table rush and I get points soooo quickly.

Lemme see, .0666 rake,

The average pot at 5nl rush is 75c(Can be up to 90c at peak fish times, low as 65 in the nitty day time)
= 0.666($0.75) = 5c rake/hand
= 5 FTP's/table/hand
= 0.55 points/player/hand.

4 tabling rush you can easily get in >1000 hands/hour.

so 2 hours at 5nl 4 tabling to get the 1000FTP's/day (10NL half the time???)

$125 should be easy to get. Hopefully I'll have time to go for $250. Finally a decent promotion from FTP.

I agree belgo, someone said this challenge wasn't worth the effort but $250 is, well, $250.

Also the rush tables will be swamped with fish because of this promotion. Definitely worth it imo.

Well, it's certainly not worth playing significantly more or higher than usual to get it. That's a receipe for disaster, imo. But it's more or less the volume I play anyway so it is indeed like free money for me.

BTW, 1000 points is between 1 and 2 hours of 4 tabling 100nl rush FR, depending on the time of the day (people play looser in US evenings, so you get points faster)

If I can get the funds in by then, this is the perfect way to make some extra cash for me... I tend to crush rush games over the regulars.

While fish SHOULD be a good thing-my results during these promos are often not good. Too many bad beats with hi pp's being crushed by the moron with J5s or 22 or the calling station catching runner runner.

I think the last rush poker promo was easier to get than this one.

This current promo has been out before and I remember skipping this one. Mainly because the return wasn't as good as the previous promo for someone that plays 5nl.

Just be warned that fish do come out by the droves and will crush the weak of heart. :P

Also you earn FTP's faster than you did in July. You used to get 7 ftp for 1 dollar in rake now you get 10 FTP's.

Too bad i recently got my stack down to under 20 bucks on FTP as I have been doing most of my playing on Stars. I wonder if I could 5nl this and still make it. I might give it a shot.

Well, once in a blue moon FTP actually makes a promotion that is not primarily targeting micro players but actually has some value for their best customers. I'm really happy they are not rerunning take two, tbh.

yes. Numbers are not public for FTP and PS afaik, but in France the regulation authority has published the overall gross revenue figures for the French market and cash generates about 10 times more rake than tournaments.

To some extent, tournaments are just a marketing gimmick to lure people into cash games.

3 tabling 10NL FR I get about 60 points per hour. So I think 100 PPH 4 tabling has to be the max. My brain would bleed out after 2 hours on 4 tables. I would prolly get headaches slight hallucinations after 10 hours similar to playing guitar hero for longer than a couple hours. I swear when I play that game after each song I can look away from the TV at an object and it appears to be floating.

Take the 10$ bonus for example, you'll receive the full bonus paid out at the end of the promo however they'll deduct $2.70 from your rakeback however much you earn.

Rush not being my best game, computer tends to run a bit slower when I play rush. I will probaly pass on this promo. although it sounds good i tend not to play my best game when trying to get bonuses. Especially not having an addequaate br to go for such. Bigbigbucs
