FTP Rakeback question Ok, at rakebackpros.com it tells me my rakeback is $-0.38. However in HEM, i've paid $29.70 in rake, and I haven't played a guarantee tourny or used any FTP points so my deductions and player fees are 0, so I should get 27% of the 29.70 which is close to $6 at this point. I'm not understanding why it would say -0.38

Have you made any deposits or withdrawals? Did you use and FPP's the week before? and the rake deduction is a carry over? Edit: Also Rakeback Pros is having some problems. From the Rakeback Pros site Reporting Issue NOTE: We are aware that currently your rakeback data is not updating properly. We are working diligently to fix this and hope to have the issue fixed shortly. Please rest assured, you will receive the correct amount of rakeback, paid each Friday, directly into your Full Tilt Poker account.

Your HEM shouldnt miss a hand from the auto-dl right? That should almost NEVER be wrong. Unless your not calcualting rake for the same time period Anyone else weigh in on this? To the OP. Have you emailed rbp's and asked them? |

I started playing monday, the only thing that I can think of is there a possibility all the FTP purchases I've made with points from years ago, could they be counted toward deductions now? I've played nothing but 10NL, accumulated a $29.70 rake according to HEM, the auto import is running, since this software is really sophisticated I trust it's accurate. Player fees (guarantee money for tournies) and deductions are taken out of you net revenue which is rake plus entry fee. I've played no tournies or purchased any items this rakeback period, so the only thing that matters is the rake. I would imagine if I accumulate $40 in rake, I'd be getting around $10 back. I'm just asking if my rakeback expectations are wrong. I hate when I set my mind to something and I'm caught off guard, so it'd be nice to avoid the let down if possible.

What you played on Monday would count towards what gets paid on Friday. What you played from Tuesday on will be paid the following Friday. Negative rake comes from Playing in Freerolls, Guaranteed tourneys with overlays, using FPP's, depositing, withdrawing and fraud. Look at how many FPP's you earn in a day, it works out that you get about $3.40 per 100 FPP's. You accumulate FPP's by how much rake you pay. That's just a rough estimate, because I did purchase some tournament tickets with points. So I had to average a bunch of stuff out. But the $3.40 per 100 FPP's should be pretty close. There also could be a problem, if there is we can't help you, you'll have to email rakeback pros.
