| FTP 'not responding' I have just been playing on FT in the closing stages of a couple of sngs and all of a sudden the programme freezes and comes up with the 'not responding' message. Now I wasn't too alarmed as it has occasionally happened before: I simply close it down and it usually fires up again. This time however, when I closed it and opened it again, it just continued to not respond. When it finally let me back on I discovered that I had, of course, bubbled both tournaments. What is the reason for this? Surely it is a fault with the software? Am I entitled to a refund in this situation? I'm not happy. |

| Your best bet is to contact FT support and outline the situation for them. Make sure to include tournament ID #'s as well. |
